SBS plans and schedules each trip individually so there is sometimes overlap but we can arrange shared rides or rescheduling.

My name is Lonnie White and I have been sober for 26 years. I moved to Meeker from a suburban/metro area. As I ventured out to Meeker, I didn’t actually didn't plan on being in the taxi business. Initially, I did not have transportation for 2 years and was unable to leave town for that stint of time. It was a struggle to get groceries to my apartment and I pledged to never let that hardship effect others in this area.

Do you provide Transportation within the city limits of meeker?
Yes, any destination within Meeker city limits up to 5 miles with unlimited stops.
Is Medicaid accepted?
Yes, with 48 hours notice, Rocky Mountain Health Plan clients may be eligible to ride to appointments for FREE. Click here for more information.
Do you pickup clients that are outside of the city limits of meeker?
Yes, we do offer out of town pick ups of 15 miles or more outside of Meeker city limits.
WhaT are your fares and discounts?
Our fares can be found here. Sober Buddy Shuttle does offer discounts to Senior Citizens and Veterans. Proof of age and service is required.
Do you require an appointment made in advance in order to get a ride?
Rides within 5 miles of Meeker city limits do not require an appointment. First come first serve. Due to limited availability of drivers and cars. Appointments are required for any trips 15 miles or more out of Meeker. 48 hours notice is preferred.
Can we get a ride to an airport?
Yes, we frequently give rides to Yampa Valley Regional Airport, Denver International Airport, and Grand Junction Regional Airport.
